Delivery
A practical content delivery checklist
Confirm the actual video, language and artwork files before agreeing a launch date.
A delivery schedule works best when everyone agrees what “ready” means.
Confirm the actual assets
- Video master, resolution, frame rate and audio specification.
- Existing subtitle and dub files, with verified language labels.
- Poster artwork, stills and layered files where required.
- Synopsis, credits, runtime and consistent title identifiers.
- Required rights documentation and any platform-specific checks.
Follow the receiving platform’s guide
Folder structure, filenames and metadata formats differ. Obtain the current delivery guide, validate a sample package, and record QC feedback before scaling up.
A successful upload is not the same as final acceptance or publication. Keep each stage visible.
