Who can submit

You may submit as an individual creator, company or authorised representative. You confirm that you are entitled to share the information and evaluation materials you provide, and that the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Company contacts should be authorised to act for the organisation.

Purpose of the submission

We use submissions to assess content, available rights, delivery readiness and potential distribution opportunities, and to contact you about the submission. A submission is an invitation to discuss working together. It is not an acceptance of your content, a promise of distribution, or a guarantee of sales, revenue or response time.

Your rights stay with you

Submitting this form does not transfer ownership or grant Energy2Karma distribution, sublicensing, dubbing, adaptation, publicity or AI training rights. Rights, territories, exclusivity, duration and commercial preferences selected in the form are proposals for discussion only. Any representation or licence requires a separate written agreement.

Materials and existing commitments

Share only information and links you are authorised to provide. Disclose existing licences, holdbacks, country exclusions and other restrictions that could affect the proposed rights. Where a submission includes several titles, identify differences between their rights, territories and delivery assets. Do not enter banking details, identity documents, account credentials or screener passwords in this form.

Evaluation and public listings

Energy2Karma may review the materials you provide for the purpose of evaluating the submission. Submitting does not automatically add content to our public catalogue or authorise circulation to buyers. Any public listing or buyer-facing sharing of non-public materials will be discussed separately with you.

Information we collect and why

The form collects your name, contact details, country, company or professional details, content information, rights and territory preferences, delivery information, commercial preferences and existing-licence information. Required fields allow us to identify and respond to the submitter and understand the content. Optional fields help assess suitability and avoid conflicting rights proposals.

We also record the submission time and reference, consent time, the notice and terms versions, and the wording you accepted. A hashed network address is used to limit repeated form submissions. Hosting services may process connection logs to operate and protect the website.

Access and storage

Submissions are stored in the private website workspace for authorised Energy2Karma review, rather than published on catalogue pages. Hostinger provides hosting and storage. Links you choose to provide may be hosted by other providers with their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal contact information or add you to marketing lists through this form. Your choices and contact

You can choose not to submit, leave optional fields blank, or contact us at info@energy2karma.com with questions. You may use the same address to withdraw your submission or consent, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please include your submission reference if available. Withdrawing consent may prevent further evaluation; it does not undo processing already carried out. Information is retained only while needed for the enquiry, an agreed business relationship, or applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Acceptance

The checkbox confirms acceptance of these submission terms and consent to the stated collection and use of your details for evaluation and follow-up. It is not a signature on a distribution agreement. Future changes to these terms do not replace the version recorded with your submission.
