What we collect
Depending on the form, we collect your name, email, phone number if supplied, country, company and professional details, and website links. Buyer forms collect acquisition needs and selected screening titles. Content submissions collect title metadata, rights and territory preferences, delivery readiness, commercial preferences and existing-licence information. Agent applications collect market experience, proposed partnerships and related professional information. Please do not submit bank details, identity documents, account credentials or confidential client contact lists.
Why we use it
Contact details let us identify and respond to you. Buyer briefs help us assess suitable content and screening access. Submission details help us evaluate content and rights availability. Agent information helps us assess a possible partnership. Required fields are marked; optional fields can be left blank. We do not sell your personal contact information or subscribe you to marketing through these forms.
Consent and enquiry records
Dedicated buyer, content and agent forms record your affirmative consent, the wording accepted, applicable notice versions, form source and acceptance time with the enquiry reference. This record is visible only in the private workspace. A hashed network address helps limit repeated submissions. Older enquiry records may not contain a versioned consent record.
Storage and access
The website and private enquiry storage are hosted by Hostinger. Submitted details are available to authorised Energy2Karma reviewers and are not added to public catalogue pages. If mail is configured, authorised correspondence is processed through business email services. Hosting and email providers process information as part of operating those services. We retain information while needed to handle the enquiry, an agreed business relationship or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Screeners and content submissions
Private screening requests are reviewed before any links are released. Content submissions do not automatically publish a title or grant rights. See the Content Submission Terms & Conditions for the evaluation process and use of submission information.
Website storage and third-party players
The site uses a session cookie for forms and secure administration. Your shortlist is stored in your browser. Public YouTube thumbnails may load on catalogue pages. When you choose to play a trailer, YouTube or Vimeo processes the connection under its own privacy terms. Links you provide or follow may use external services with their own policies. Hosting services may process connection logs for operation and security.
Optional website analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits and popular pages. Google processes usage and device information under its privacy policy. Analytics stays off until you accept; advertising features are disabled. We do not send your submitted names, emails, company details or messages to Analytics. Your cookie choice is remembered in this browser for up to six months. Use “Cookie choices” to change it or withdraw permission. Essential form and administration cookies remain available.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit, or contact us directly with questions. To request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or a submission, or raise a privacy concern, email info@energy2karma.com. Include your enquiry reference if available. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing the enquiry; it does not undo processing already carried out. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or contractual obligations.
