Let's try to tell it in a documented and smiling journey through the traditional, regional recipes of our cuisine. A tasty journey through dishes, cuisines, testimonies and gags from entertainment and cultural personalities. How much does good nutrition produce good energy? Does conviviality help the formation of an intergenerational pact? Is nutrition still a moment of emancipation for society? Is eating alone bad for you? What does nutrition education mean? Is the table still an important part of family education? Are the black and white images of a society that, in the famine of war, found the happiness of sharing the little food available at the table, still relevant in the time of the most important post-war crisis? These are some of the questions we want to answer.
