Nikunj Irani is a visionary leader in the film industry, digital marketing, and AI research, with deep-rooted experience in film distribution, production, and strategic content marketing. As the third generation in the Indian film business, he carries forward a legacy built by his grandfather, Faredoon Irani, a renowned Gujarati play producer, and his father, Ratan Irani, a Hindi film producer with five successful feature films.

Nikunj began his career as an assistant director on Chalk and Duster (2014) and later transitioned into executive production, handling various advertising and film projects by 2017. Recognizing the power of digital transformation in entertainment, he founded Energy2Karma in 2020, focusing on bridging international cinema with Indian markets.

At Energy2Karma, Nikunj specializes in acquiring and distributing European films, TV series, and documentaries across Indian OTT platforms, TV networks, and theatrical channels. His expertise in digital media buying and strategic marketing ensures maximum visibility for foreign content in the Indian entertainment landscape.

Beyond film, Nikunj is a digital consultant and AI researcher, exploring human emotions in AI, dataset licensing, and AI voice agent services. His work in data-driven decision-making allows him to navigate the evolving intersection of technology and entertainment.

Diego Antolini is a dynamic force in the international film industry, blending expertise in film distribution, content acquisition, and global market strategies with a deep passion for storytelling and research.With years of experience in developing Audiovisual projects across the USA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, Diego has played a crucial role in building bridges among cultures, ensuring that high-quality content reaches the right platforms and audiences.

At Energy2Karma, Diego spearheads initiatives connecting International cinematic works with the ever-expanding Indian Film Industry, leveraging his market insights to facilitate theatrical releases, OTT licensing, and TV syndication.

Beyond film distribution, Diego is also an actor and author, with notable performances in "Serra: Ever Forward, Never Back (2013). His literary works include Memory Island (2022), Mindscrapes - A Collection of Drift Stories (2023), and Nagas - A Shapeshifting History (2023).
